The following is a list of suggested tasks that should be addressed as soon as possible

Task	Comment
Local Chapter Name	Suggestions are pouring in. If you have one, send it to the mailing list now :) (Chapter Name Suggestions)
Define CityMeet Process	A couple of city meets have happened so far. The process needs to defined clearly
Collect member profile	The wiki page needs to be populated
Identify and list upstream projects	The wiki page needs to be populated
Help page for new members	The wiki page needs to be populated
Press Page for the Media	The wiki page needs to be populated

Group membership process	Mailing list has been setup
Communication Methods	Mailing list, IRC & Wiki. Each of these have been setup and operational.
List & Channel etiquette	Etiquettes have been defined (find it here)
